Four questions you may have.

How do refunds work?
Email us within 14 days of the order and say you’d like a refund — that’s the whole procedure. It works even after you’ve downloaded the document, and “it wasn’t what I needed” is a complete sentence. The money is back within 5 working days.
Can I get an invoice with my company details?
Yes — reply to your receipt email with your company name and address, and we’ll reissue the invoice. The VAT included in the price is already shown on every receipt.
Is this legal advice?
No. Clausebook is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We sell documents checked against current law, with plain-English explanations — an excellent starting point, not representation. If your situation is unusual, disputed or high-value, we’ll say so and point you to a solicitor.
Is my document data used for anything else?
No. What you type into a guided set-up exists to generate your document, full stop — no marketing, no profiling, no training of any kind. Privacy Policy § 2.4, in writing.
